XRDS Business Mentoring Programme offers a nine-month coaching programme in which senior executives and managers will spend one-on-one time coaching Young Professionals. They will provide support in career decisions and how to combine your faith with work.
FOR MENTOR
If you are a senior at work and feel called to share your expertise and experience with young professionals, we would be honoured to have you on board.
FOR MENTEE
The programme cost €175,- per season and includes:
– Two general meetings with all mentors and mentees to open and close the programme.
– At least four of one-on-one sessions (usually once a quarter). During these private sessions with a mentor you can ask questions, receive personal coaching and prayer – all to help you in your career and living your faith at work.
– A business networking event. An invitation to join a Business with God Ministry is B2B event – an event where XRDS business people can network as well as share and discuss about how to live out their faith at work.
The fee helps covers the costs of materials, meetings and refreshments. Any remaining funds will be allocated to future XRDS Business with God initiatives.
Time: October – June every year.
The next season starts soon, the kick-off meeting will be on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 09:30 – 11:30, cost €25.

For mentee candidates, if you then decide to join this programme after this kickoff meeting, the €25 applies as a credit toward the full programme fee of €175.
