All XRDS’ers are welcome to come for this fun and sports event at the outdoor sports venue Duin en Kruidberg in the Westwijk of Amstelveen, every third Sunday of the month, from 14 till 16 h.
This event is open for every age and gender, but for participating in the sports activities we think it will be possible to join from 6 years and up. We can host a maximum of 40 sports participants, this includes children from 6 years and older. People who would like to come and just watch these sports activities are welcome to join as well but don’t have to sign in.
14.00 h.: Welcome and warming-up by Nethanja (please come in your sports gear as there are no showers available);
14.15 h.: Start of 4 sports activities simultaneously: basketball, volleyball, soccer and children’s playground with water and sand facilities.
15.00 h.: Break with drinks and presentation by Miljenko;
15.15 h.: Start of the second part of the sports activities (of course you can change to different sports);
16.00 h.: The end.
