XRDS Business with God exists to support and equip the business community to live authentically as Christians in the workplace.
Our two main goals:
1. To build a supportive community
A space where members encourage one another both professionally and spiritually.
- Professionally, we provide opportunities for networking, collaboration, and pursuing shared goals—similar to other business communities.
- Spiritually, we intentionally support one another in living out Christian values in daily work life, which is what sets us apart
2. To reach the wider business community
- By consistently reflecting Christian faith, integrity, and values in the workplace.
- By being a witness through how we work, lead, and relate to others.
