Elder board

Crossroads International Church is overseen by a board of dedicated and spiritually mature elders who provide leadership, guidance, and accountability for the church’s mission and ministry. These elders are carefully nominated by members of the congregation, reflecting a community-driven and prayerful process that ensures those selected are deeply committed to the church’s values and vision.
Once appointed, each elder serves a term lasting between three to five years, during which they work closely with the pastoral team and other ministry leaders to support the spiritual growth, organizational health, and overall direction of the church. Their role is vital in maintaining the integrity, unity, and biblical foundation of the church body.
