Vision 2033

Love that Serves. Faith that Reaches

In 2033, the global Church will mark 2,000 years since the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As we look toward this significant milestone, we believe God is inviting Crossroads into a season of deeper discipleship and greater impact.

Our vision is simple:

To be a community that serves with love and lives a faith that reaches.

This vision goes far beyond what happens on a Sunday. We want to be people who follow Jesus every day—people whose faith is visible in our homes, workplaces, neighbourhoods, schools, and friendships. 
We long to become a church that not only gathers together, but is sent into the world to reflect Christ’s love and share the hope of the gospel.

We believe God wants to do something new—in each of us, in our church, and through us in our cities and communities. As we respond to His invitation, we want to intentionally prioritise our relationship with Jesus, allowing Him to shape us into people who:Be with Jesus
Become like Jesus
Do what Jesus did

To help us on this journey, we are investing in practical discipleship pathways such as Practicing the Way, Alpha Course and other opportunities that equip people to grow in their faith. 
As we move forward, we will also deepen our understanding and practice of spiritual disciplines that help us build a firm foundation for a lifelong walk with Christ.

Vision 2033 is not simply a strategy or a programme. It is an invitation—for every person in our church—to surrender afresh to God, to be transformed by Him, and to join His mission in the world.

Together, we believe God will restore lives, strengthen His Church, and use us to bring His love and hope to those around us.
