What is Celebrate Recovery?
Celebrate Recovery (CR) celebrates God’s healing power in our lives through the program’s 8 Recovery Principles based on the Beatitudes from the book of Matthew. By working and applying these biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually thereby freeing ourselves from destructive behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and, most importantly, a stronger relationship with God and others.
As we progress through the program we learn more about our personal, loving and forgiving saviour – Jesus Christ, who will supply you with the courage, strength and ability to take the necessary steps to gain freedom from unhealthy behaviors.
Who is it for?
It is an open invitation to anyone struggling with hurt, hang-ups or habits and want to experience freedom from dysfunctional patterns and transform their lives. It is a safe environment to celebrate God’s healing power in our lives, build authentic relationships, fellowship with others and become accountable. We will cover issues such as anger, codependency, mental health, food & body image, abuse and addiction.

Every Wednesday evening from 19:30 – 21:30, starting September 6.
