Child Dedication is a special moment for us at XRDS. It’s an opportunity for parents, along with the congregation, to thank God for the precious gift they have received from Him (Psalm 127:3). What is Dedication? – video
During the dedication:
- The parents commit to raise their child in the ways of God; to help their child develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; and petition God for His guidance.
- The community promises to be good examples to the children.
We are excited to host you and your family for this really special service where we celebrate God’s gift of new life within our faith community.
Once you have registered for the Child Dedication please be sure to also complete the form with all the relevant details of the child being dedicated.
We will have a meeting with all the candidates to answer your questions and run through the order of service.
